NOTE 1:  All images are delivered via the Internet. You will receive an email with a link - click on that link to download images, property website and 360 tour/Floor Plan.

NOTE 2: Many individuals request more images than what is allocated for the property size... this is okay.  For example, if you have a 1,900sqft property and you would like ~40 images, then you pay the rate associated with the 2,501sqft to 5,000sqft rate, etc.

NOTE 3: Community images are available at no extra cost provided I have the images in my library. If new images are required, this is done on a time availability, access to the premisses, and the weather is clear.  This is at the total discretion of Patrick.
